Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. You will work directly with clients to define product strategy, design interfaces, and build design systems that scale. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership over the full design process — from user research through pixel-perfect delivery.

You will collaborate closely with developers, strategists, and stakeholders to create products that are both beautiful and functional. We value designers who think in systems, communicate clearly, and advocate for the user at every stage.

What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end design for client projects across web and mobile
• Conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
• Present design work and articulate rationale to clients and stakeholders
• Contribute to our internal design practice, tools, and processes

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product design or UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and design systems
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
